After preliminary negotiations with the company-client management, the International Legal Corporation DIGESTA has developed the plan of stage-by-stage realization of the project on branch formation, including consultations at all stages of the project, study and coordination of the draft of branch statute, coordination of work with the state bodies and structures.
Owing to accurate planning of the future project taking into account the assigned tasks for the International Legal Corporation DIGESTA, the Client and DIGESTA have concluded the contract on rendering of services on branch formation in St.-Petersburg.
Due to activities undertaken on this project, corresponding documents were issued in September, 2007 by МИ of Federal Tax Administration of the Russian Federation № 11 in St.-Petersburg, confirming the formation of a branch of the company-client, and also a set of documents was received from the state bodies according to current legislation requirements.

Independent noncommercial organization of higher vocational training
In April, 2011, the Independent noncommercial organization of higher vocational training (further as "Institute" or "Client") locating in St.-Petersburg addressed the International Legal Corporation DIGESTA.
The Institute’s history starts from 1995. In St.-Petersburg, the Institute activity is directed on the decision of social problems by realization of programs of higher, pre-higher, post-higher education and additional vocational training. The purposes also include carrying out of scientific, applied researches, consultations, information service for satisfaction of requirements of the person, a society at deepening and expansion of education.
Since 2009, the Client had a representation in St.-Petersburg, formed by the decision of the Board of guardians.
In connection with expansion of professional work sphere the Client addressed the International Legal Corporation DIGESTA for project realization on working out and registration of the new draft of the Charter of the Institute.
