at alienation of a share in the property right to the third party which is not being a co-owner of the object of the real estate — the documents confirming the notice by the seller of a share in the property right of others co-owners about the intention to sell the share with the instruction of the price and other conditions on which he sells (notarially certified copies of the notice of the intention to sell a share in the right of the general share property and the mail notification of delivery of the notice to the co-owners with the instruction of the date of delivery by the signature of the person who has received the notice, or the certificate which has been given out by the notary by way of the Article 86 of the Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about a notariate, or the refusal of the primary purchase certified notarially or issued in body on the state registration of the rights,
the registration of the general joint property of the spouses — a copy of the certificate on the conclusion of marriage,
if one of the parties under the contract is the organization — the document certified by the signatures of the head and of the chief accountant and by the print of a seal of the organization about the correspondence of the contract to the Articles 77-79, 81 of the Federal Law "About joint-stock companies" or the Articles 45-46 of the Federal Law "About societies with a limited liability", or the report of the authorized body of the organization on the sanction on the fulfilment of the contract,
the agreement of the third party for the acquiring (registration) of the rights under the contract — in case the contract of sale and purchase is presented on registration in favour of the third party,
the consent of the proprietor of the state or municipal property on the order property which is being economic conducting of the state or municipal enterprise,
the consent of the pawnee on the order of the incorporated property if other is not stipulated by the contract, and in the cases established by the legislation, the additional agreement to the contract about the mortgage is represented,
the copies of the powers of attorney in cases if the interests of the parties are represented by the authorized representatives,
the copy of the credit contract certified by the notary, or the second original copy,
the copy of the mortgage certified by the notary (at presence), or the second original copy.
According to the Article 35 of the Ground Code of the Russian Federation the alienation of a building, structure, construction (their shares) situated on the ground area and belonging to one person, is hold together with the ground area (share) — for apartment houses.
According to the Articles 13, 17 of the Federal Law "About the state registration of the rights on the real estate and transactions with it" and to the requirements of the current legislation for the realization of a check of legality of the transaction besides the above-stated documents, in case of need the applicant can be in addition required on demand other documents.
The delivery of the documents is carried out to the legal owner or to the representative of the legal owner if he has notarially certified power of attorney confirming his powers on reception of such documents.

Constituent documents of the organization with all the registered changes (notarially certified copies).
The certificate of the state registration of the organization (notarially certified copy).
The certificate on entering of the organization in the Uniform State Register of organizations (notarially certified copy).
The certificate on statement on the tax account (notarially certified copy).
The document confirming the powers of the head of the organization (for example, the report of the body authorized by the charter on the election of the head).
The power of attorney which has been given out by the head of the organization for the representation of the interests of the organization at the registration - in cases when the representative addresses for the registration of the rights by proxy.
The certificate on the modifications in the Uniform State Register of organizations (notarially certified copy).
