Our Corporation uses the differentiated approach to the conclusion of each concrete contract and it depends on:
the category of subjects who get the legal aid
the complexity of the case
the term of performance of works (services) on rendering a legal aid
While determining of the cost of the service we use the following classification:
large commercial organizations (large business) – organizations with the number of the employees more than 5 thousand persons;
middle commercial organizations (middle business) – organizations with the number of the employees from 50 to 5 thousand persons;
small commercial organizations (small business) – organizations with the number of the employees less than 50 persons;
isolated divisions (branches, representations) of the organizations; noncommercial organizations; individual businessmen;
physical persons (residents and not residents of the Russian Federation).
While determining of the category of the complexity of the cases we use the following classification:
ordinary cases
complex cases
cases of special complexity
The category of complexity in every concrete case is determined by the conclusion of the specialist based on the analysis of the presented materials.
The complexity of the case is determined by two criteria:
complexity of the jural relationships of the subjects;
cost of the claim (dispute).
The disputable jural relationship can be referred to the more complex category, for example, in cases when the application of special knowledge is required including the appointment of the judicial examination, the application of the group of the specialists or the knowledge of the various branches of the Law. The dispute which has arisen from the contract actually signed by the parties which is legally void (the void transaction) or not concluded according to the Legislation is also referred to the complex cases.

The terms of performance of the works (services) on rendering a legal aid depend on the kind of business (large, middle, small) and on the category of the complexity of the case (usual, complex, of special complexity). The term is determined by the agreement of the parties at the conclusion of the concrete contract.
